His deep responsiveness and desiding any questions and proffesional view on some issues make me thought that Jeff Thomson is one of the professional specialist at Hyundai.I will carry on use your service centre in case if with my vehicle will be something wrong.

We haven't bought a car in almost ten years. Found experience to be easy. All personal know what info is necessary and get to the point with the info we needed to make a decision. They were considerate of what we needed in a new vehicle not useless facts. Sales person was mindful of our comfort and needs. Explained facts thoroughly. Good experience in all. Ed was very knowledgeable of features on the Santa Fe we purchased. Very nice gentleman and made process easier than it could have been.
This was my first time buying a car, it was super easy and quick not at all like the hassle it can be portrayed like on tv.

I came to Hyundai on September 30 and talked with Dan on the phone. He went above and beyond on customer service. When I walked in he was looking for the car I had asked about l, that was on in stock so it would have to be delivered. After he found the right car we talked numbers and came to an agreement, because my co-signer was not there we had the numbers all figured up. When I came back in on Monday, October 2, Robert Meldrum, greeted me and told me that Dan was sick. That made me a little worried just because Dan and I had everything figured out and ready but, Edward was amazing he was ready to take on my purchase. The thing that took the longest was the call to the bank it seriously took forever. He was really informative during the wait period on the phone he kept up the conversation and answered the million questioned I had. Then we met Tanner in the finance department and he was super nice and very professional. He did an amazing job explaining the extra 'insurance' Hyundia offered. I wish I could express how satisfied I am with the staff at Joe Machens Hyundia. They made the process so simple and they have my business as long as I need a car. ??
